Effective Change Pty Ltd has been providing professional research and consultancy services to the government and non-government sectors since 1993. Since that time, the company has consolidated its reputation for undertaking innovative, rigorous and independent research and consultancy.

Effective Change works extensively in the community services, education and arts sectors. We have worked across most program areas and all regional offices of the Department of Health and the Department of Human Services, with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, the Department of Justice, the Australia Council for the Arts and a range of other state and national government departments.

Effective Change also works with local government, non-government agencies and peak bodies.

Supported by professional staff and associates, Effective Change provides timely responses to research and consultancy projects.

 

Some of our current projects include:

- Review and Redevelopment of the Healthy Ageing Strategy for the Moonee Valley City Council
- Development of the Planning for Diversity Resource Guide for the Municipal Association of Victoria
- Evaluation of the Book Well Program for the State Library of Victoria
- Building on our work in developing the HACC Active Service Model Practice Review and Planning Tools, we continue to work with a range of organisations on Active Service Model approaches
